Why don't the U.S. navy use decoy cargo ships loaded with Navy seals and then SLAUGHTER THE SOMALI PIRATES?

I hope we are doing this already. I would love to see a video of Somali pirates encircling a ship that they think is a cargo ship and watch them get slaughtered on the water by navy seals with bad *** weaponry.
