Could he possibly have a crush on me?

I'm in 10th grade and he's in 11th grade. His name is David. We both ride the same bus, but don't really talk to/know each other. I told him that this weird, ugly kid (Alex) who rides the bus has a crush on me. Then a couple days later, I sat in Alex's seat. Then, suddenly I hear David saying from the back of the bus, "Alex, oh , Alex!" in a high-pitched voice that's supposed to be my voice. He was teasing me about me liking Alex even though I don't. Then he said to make conversation to his friend, "I hate everyone on this bus...except for Nic...and Layton..." Then i saw him looking at me like he wanted to say my name too. Plus, a few days before that he said to me, "So are u and Alex like a thing now?" and laughed. He is a friendly guy and he teases his friends sometimes who are girls, but he teased me even though he doesn't really know me. Could he like me maybe?
