on base in Georgia. They diagnosed me with a inguinal hernia. I need to get it fixed but don't really trust Army doctors. Plus i'm in OBC right now so I can't get it done immediately. I would prefer to get it done over Christmas Exodus in Ohio in the civilian sector. I found a general surgeon that accepts tricare, how do I go about with the surgery? Do I have to get approval? Change my ticare from south to north. I'm new to the game.
