OK you need to check these things: Remove the grill at the bottom and make sure the plugs are plugged in to there respective colors, not the tubing is for water to the door, you need to find the tube it goes to under the refrigerator, there is a quick connect union on it, simple push the door tube into the union up to the blue line, give it a tug to make sure it is locked in. Open the freezer door and check that the flapper in the door chute is closed, and finally check that the door is aligned.
