What is the protocol for giving yourself injections with a syringe? (For Candida infection)?

I was given one fluconazale pill 150mg for a suspected yeast infection. (my bum, lol) My immune system was weak from taking prednisone for allergies in the summer. It was just a one dose pill although I think woman take it for three days but not too sure on that one.
