Temporary dye on unbleached brown hair?

I bought Color Fiend Fuchsia Flash hair dye from hot topic because it was on sale. I dyed my brown hair but it doesn't show much. I tried doing it again 3 more times and it got a bit brighter and you could tell just a little bit that its reddish. If i do it again a couple more times will it get brighter?
