Leaving holiday for 16year old?

me and a bunch of friends are going new quay 4 a leavers mess around but some can't go or are to young so are there any other places we could go we were thinking maybe wales pprobablycamp or caravan but need sum where affordable so like �10 per person per night well probably only go for four nights and five days any suggestions other than Newquay & smugglers haven oh and in july looking about 11th july to 15th
