How to wash a little amount of spray paint of car?

I was putting a little chrome finish of paint over my grille because to was fading. Thought I had the car taped off pretty well but once I took the tape of I had gotten some spray on my pearl white paint job. So I want to know how to remove the spray paint w/o ruining my pearl white finish. Or will the spray paint come of in due time after a couple of car washes
