How can I make the police return property seized as evidence if the case has been dropped?

Come on, do you really want a set of clothes back that badly that you are going to make an issue out of this? The clothes have probably been sent to a lab for ysis,, and lab sample areas cut out of them, and lab marks and initials of examiners written on them. Were they designer clothes worth thousands of Dollars? Just forget it. It is not like they had your car, or something worth fighting over to get back. You are lucky that the DA was reasonable, and you got out of this without getting railroaded on the word of a loony witness. Move on with life, and buy some new clothes, it just isn't wort the effort.
