Anyone else have a problem with that word "Neighborly"?

That's the one thing Barry has said that sticks out in my head. If a waitress is making minimum wage I should feel it's my neighborly duty to give her some of my hard earned money...it's the neighborly thing to do. One would think that she may just be a waitress by choice, and has the opportunity to rise up and do something else with her life if she so desires, wouldn't they? What the hell is he thinking? That poorer people should just dummy down because it is the duty of the people who have achieved (most with no help by the way) to see that they get theirs anyway? And people are voting for this guy? Who are these people? The under achievers of America?
